Hakata Motsushō

Hakata Motsushō is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant in Fukuoka that serves motsunabe and miso gopchang. The main dishes are miso gopchang and soy sauce motsunabe, and the gopchang is dipped in a sauce of soy sauce, sesame, and red pepper powder. Motsunabe can be ordered from one portion, and there are tables on the second floor. The motsunabe broth is lightly seasoned and the portions are small.
