Hakata Motsumendou

Hakata Motsu Mendō in Fukuoka is a motsunabe restaurant where single portions can be ordered, serving miso-based and chicken hot pot. The mix nabe contains vegetables and three meats, including pork and gopchang, and the broth is rich and savory without being harsh. Orders are placed by QR code at the storefront, then after the solid ingredients are eaten, ramen is added to the remaining broth to finish, and a final ramen is included free with every menu item. There is no Korean menu, and the QR ordering screen is in Japanese.
