Ganso Hakata Mentaiju Hakata Station

Ganso Hakata Mentai-ju is a takeout counter on the first-floor central concourse of Hakata Station in Fukuoka. Its signature mentai-ju box sets a strip of mentaiko and seaweed over rice with a special sauce. Because it is takeout only, customers buy without waiting in line and eat it as a shinkansen ekiben or a hotel meal. Portions are small and the price is on the high side.
