Fukuoka Motsunabe Yumeya

Fukuoka Motsunabe Yumeya is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant specializing in motsunabe, near Nakasu-Kawabata Station and the Nakasu River in Fukuoka. The broth comes in miso, soy sauce, or spicy versions with daechang (beef large intestine), and udon noodles are added at the end. Breakfast is available. Single-person tables make it easy to eat motsunabe alone.
