Eifuku

Eifuku is a small shop in Fukuoka that serves ramen, tsukemen, and gyoza. The tsukemen noodles arrive cold at first, then are switched to hot when you order a noodle refill, and sansho is added to the dipping broth. The owner has given a chair to a child, bought drinks, and served rice at no charge. The inside of the shop is on the small side.
