Jokiya

Jokiya Hakata Nakasu is a Japanese-style bakery near the Nakasu River and the Ichiran main branch, right in front of a subway exit. Its main item is an original baked donut served warm right after baking, and it also sells dorayaki, mochi, and cream, chocolate, and red bean flavors. For takeout, the original donut is reheated, and orders can be placed using a sign that lists Japanese, Korean, and English. Gift items come in sealed packaging and usually keep for about a week, and refrigerating them makes the donut's texture chewier.
