Cheesecake Laboratory

Cheesecake Laboratory is a small cafe selling cheesecake and desserts, located in a residential area south of Dazaifu Tenmangu in Fukuoka. It offers several kinds of cheesecake, and the coffee is strong and nutty without acidity. The small shop is a converted old house with only a few tables. The cube-shaped chairs have no backrests, so sitting for a long time is difficult.
