Yeonsinnae Bbangjip is a small bakery in Seoul that sells bread and chocolate. Its hodu muhwa-gwa kkambanyu contains plenty of fig flesh, and its sogeumppang is nutty without being salty. The cookies are dry rather than soft and have a nutty taste, while the white chocolate topping, arranged like sliced almonds, adds sweetness. Products including croissants and basic breads sell out early.
