Ossiano is an underwater restaurant at Atlantis Dubai that serves course meals overlooking an aquarium. Every dish, including seafood, is presented with sea-themed imagery and plating. The aquarium is visible from every table, with about 65,000 marine organisms to observe. Staff explain each course in detail, and the portions are small.
