Minami Fish Store

Minami Fish Store is a seafood shop selling pufferfish inside Kuromon Market in Osaka. Customers pick a tiger puffer swimming in the tank, and it is prepared on the spot as hoe or deep-fried. The hoe comes in small and large sizes. The meal is eaten at a standing area next to the shop, where staff prepare the sauce and even adjust the angle of a pufferfish-shaped photo prop.
