WABISABI

Yakiniku Wabisabi Hozenji Yokocho is in the Hozenji Yokocho alley near Namba Station in Osaka, and serves yakiniku courses centered on Kobe beef. The course moves through tongue, harami, ribeye, and tenderloin grilled over a charcoal brazier, then hoe, meat sushi, and dessert. All seats are private rooms separated by wooden doors. An upper duct pulls smoke away directly, so the charcoal grilling leaves little meat smell on clothing.
