Uokazu

Uokazu sits at the entrance of Kuromon Market in Osaka and serves Japanese seafood rice bowls, sushi, and fried dishes. The menu includes a uni, salmon roe, and egg yolk bowl and a special eel bowl, and each person must order one drink. The shop is known to open at 11 a.m., though there are cases of entry at 10:30 a.m., and it gets somewhat crowded in the evening. The rice bowls are served in vessels smaller than a standard rice bowl, so the portions are on the small side.
