Udon Tamatama Japanese noodle

Udon Tamatama Japanese noodle is located in the middle of Dotonbori in Osaka. Its signature dish is cold bukkake udon, served with tempura shrimp and chicken karaage. Customers take a numbered ticket from a kiosk before ordering. The noodles are boiled for about seven minutes, chilled in ice, and reheated before serving, and the narrow restaurant has around 12 to 15 counter seats.
