Tsukemen Suzume

Tsukemen Suzume is a ramen shop in Osaka that serves tsukemen, chewy noodles dipped in a spicy sauce. Customers choose between basic tsukemen and spicy tsukemen, pick 200g or 300g of noodles, and get a thick sauce with bonito flakes and chashu. Inside the shop, you first buy a ticket from a vending machine, then line up, and tell the staff your spice level and noodle amount again. The shop takes cash only.
