Tonsokuno Kadoya

Donsoku no Kadoya is a long-standing gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Namba, Osaka, serving white pork trotters and skewers of beef, pork, and chicken. The trotters are boiled for a long time in water, salt, and a house meat stock, and the skewers are grilled over charcoal in front of you. Many regulars are locals, and the shop sells only bottled beer, with no draft beer. The space is small and cluttered.
