Tonkatsu Minato

Donkatsu Minato is a restaurant in Shimanouchi, above Dotonbori, that serves rosu, hire, and haneshin donkatsu. Orders can be changed to katsudon, and the cutlets are eaten dipped in salt, wasabi, and pepper. At the open kitchen along the counter, the meat is cut, breaded, and fried in view of the seats. Prices are higher than at other donkatsu restaurants.
