Soba Sankaku

Soba Sankaku is a standing soba shop in Ura-Namba, near Namba Station, serving juwari soba with side dishes. The juwari soba comes with several kinds of salt and a thick soba tsuyu, along with truffle mixed soba and a warm lamb dipping broth. The master selects Japanese sake based on your preference, and side dishes such as lotus root achar and salted salmon roe can be ordered. The interior holds only about six to eight people standing, so it is cramped for a long stay.
