Right Gyouza is a small eatery on the second floor of a building in an Osaka alley, serving gyoza and beer at a bar counter. The gyoza come in meat, garlic, shrimp, cheongyang, shiso, and ginger varieties, eaten dipped in vinegar or the sauce recommended for each type. Inside there is only a bar counter with seating for about six people, and orders can be placed in simple Korean, Japanese, or English. With so few seats, expect a wait on Friday evenings.
