Okame

Okame is a small oden bar in Dotonbori, Osaka, serving oden and doteyaki. Its items include burdock oden and octopus oden, and it also serves dashichazuke made by mixing oden broth with rice at the end of the meal. In the evening reservations can fill up and walk-ins may not get in, and orders can be placed by pointing at photos or using fingers without knowing Japanese. The shop is very small, the menu has no prices, and only cash is accepted.
