Kigawa is in Hozenji Yokocho near Namba Station in Osaka, serving a Naniwa gappo course that combines traditional Osaka cooking with French technique. The hoe course presents eight kinds of raw fish, each with a different sauce, and diners are instructed to eat them without soy sauce or wasabi. The final course is a choice of udon, curry, or juk. It is a five-minute walk from Namba Station, has 12 counter seats and a separate room, requires a reservation, and sits in a narrow alley that is hard to find on a first visit.
