Menya Gaten Namba Shinsaibashi Sohonten

Menya Gaten Namba Shinsaibashi Honten is a ramen and mazesoba shop in Namba and Shinsaibashi, Osaka. It serves chicken-broth ramen, Menya Gaten mazesoba, and Taiwan mazesoba, with garlic, bean sprouts, and chashu added. Orders are placed at a kiosk on the left side of the entrance, and the amounts of noodles, garlic, oil, and vegetables can be adjusted. The mazesoba is wetter and greasier than the version eaten in Korea.
