Legendary Sutadon-ya Dotonbori

Legendary Sutadon-ya Dotonbori is a pork rice bowl restaurant at the entrance of Dotonbori, a few minutes on foot from Namba Station. Its signature sutadon tops rice with thinly sliced pork and green onions stir-fried in a garlic soy sauce, and a set version comes with a raw egg and miso soup. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and customers pick up their food at the counter when their number is called; there are many single seats and water is self-service. The sauce and meat are heavily seasoned, so the saltiness is strong.
