Kotetsuya

Kotetsuya is a small ramen shop in Osaka that serves chicken-broth ramen. Its menu includes shio ramen, light soy sauce ramen, and tantanmen, and the gyoza are filled with meat juice. There are about seven seats, so waits are possible even late at night. The shio ramen can taste salty to Korean palates.
