Kawafuku honten

Kawafuku Honten is an udon shop near Dotonbori in Osaka that opened in 1968. It is known as the origin of zaru udon and serves cold udon and vegetable tempura udon. At the counter seats on the first floor, a veteran cook makes udon in view of customers. The broth and tempura are on the salty side.
