KARATO is a bistro on the 13th floor of Parco in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, serving Japanese-style curry and French-style Western dishes. Lunch offers a choice of one of nine mains plus a light buffet, and the bistro choice lets you pick one salad, main, rice dish, and dessert. For the hamburg steak, the patty is tossed by hand after ordering to press out air, and miso soup and rice can be added. The menu board at the entrance alone makes it hard to understand how to order the main and buffet.
