Jukusei Sushi Rita, Namba, Shinsaibashi

Jukusei Sushi Rita is an omakase restaurant in Nishishinsaibashi, near Namba Station and Dotonbori, serving sushi made with aged fish and course dishes. The meal includes 10 to 12 pieces of sushi and 5 to 6 dishes, among them a tuna, uni and shrimp combination and akami sushi. The chef prepares each item in front of diners, explains each dish in Korean through a translator, and first shows the seasonal ingredients on a large plate. A meal takes about two hours, which is hard to fit into a tight schedule.
