Hokkyokusei Namba is a counter-style restaurant selling omurice in the basement food floor of a department store near Namba Station. The basic omurice comes with soft egg and demiglace, cream, and tomato sauces. There are only 8 to 9 seats, so you tell the staff your party size in the line, then sit down and order. The space is small and a wait forms at peak hours.
