Hatsuse

Hatsuse is an okonomiyaki restaurant in central Namba. Diners cook the okonomiyaki themselves on a griddle and adjust the seasoning to their own taste. Orders are placed by calling staff with an intercom from private rooms. In summer the rooms tend to be hot.
