551 Horai Shinsaibashi Daimaru is a Chinese restaurant on the basement floor of the Daimaru department store. It serves pork buns called butaman along with gyoza and shumai, and the butaman are wrapped and steamed in-house with a sweet bun and a sweet-salty pork filling. There are seats inside for eating in, and takeout orders are also available. Eating in costs extra, and the bun wrapper turns dry once the food cools.
