10enppang Sentaspot is a bakery on the path leading up to Dotonbori in Osaka. It bakes coin-shaped sweet bread filled with mozzarella cheese, eaten while the cheese stretches in long strings. Orders are placed by pulling a ticket from the vending machine on the right and then lining up, and the cooking process can be watched, with a wait of about 8 minutes. There are no seats inside the shop and no suitable place to eat nearby.
