Wayōshusai Hide is an izakaya in Osaka that serves seasonal seafood and drinking snacks as an omakase course. It is a five-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station, and at a six-seat counter it serves hoe, clams, and dishes of egg white and liver one piece at a time, paired with Japanese sake. The bar runs entirely by reservation, operates twice a day, and accepts cash only. Food comes out one piece at a time, so the portions are small if you do not drink.
