Placebo

Placebo is a bar in Ura-Namba, Osaka, serving cocktails and whisky. There is no fixed menu; you describe the flavour or cocktail style you want and the bartender builds a custom cocktail using Japanese gin, vodka and other spirits. Communication is possible in English and Japanese, and a different bartender works on Mondays and Tuesdays. One visitor talked with the master for over an hour and a half.
