Bar Serenity is a bar on the third floor of the Midosuji Building, directly in front of Exit 12 of Namba Station in Osaka. It serves a range of whiskies along with highballs and cocktails topped with ground pepper. Hours are 18:00 to 2:00 the next day, Monday through Saturday, and 18:00 to 23:00 on Sunday. The restroom is built as a hidden door, which makes it hard to find at first.
