Art Dining DOWN

Art Dining DOWN is an art bar in the basement of Amemura in Osaka that serves drinks along with Western food such as pasta and pizza. Its walls are covered with artworks, and neon lighting and music fill the space. It is about a four-minute walk from Namba Station, and it can be used alone, with friends, as a couple, or in a group. Staff responses can be brusque and at times they do not welcome customers.
