Ebisu Tower is a Ferris wheel on the Don Quijote building in Dotonbori, Osaka. It rises above the Dotonbori River, and each cabin holds up to three people. Waiting times before boarding run about 10 to 20 minutes, and the cabins have air conditioning. Children under 3 cannot ride, and the ride feels more frightening the higher it goes.
