Gang Chobap is a sushi restaurant in a residential neighborhood near Oncheoncheon in Busan. Its lunch special centers on thick slices of hoe on sushi, served with fried squid and mini udon. Lunchtime waits run 10 to 20 minutes, and takeout orders come in steadily. Parking is inconvenient and the restaurant is hard to find.
