Dongnae Paechong is a prehistoric shell mound in a residential area of Busan. The site dates to the early Iron Age, around the 3rd to 4th centuries, and has yielded bone tools, animal bones, iron implements, jar burials, and iron-smelting furnace remains. The excavated artifacts are held at the Bokcheon Museum, and the gate to the site itself is locked. After the excavations, only the bare site remains, so there is little to see on location.
