Hongdukkae Kalguksu

Hongdukkae Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in Dong-myeon, Chuncheon. It serves Hongdukkae Haemul Kalguksu and haemul sujebi, cooked at the table in a jeongol pot. The noodles are rolled by hand with a hongdukkae and served quickly, with barley rice on the side. The broth is salty and thick, so it does not suit those looking for a light taste.
