Buckwheat Village

Memilchon Ogolgye Sutbulgui is a Korean restaurant in Dong-myeon, Chuncheon. It serves makguksu and bibim guksu made with noodles ground in-house from buckwheat, and grills ogolgye and dakgalbi over charcoal or on a griddle. The buckwheat noodles have a high buckwheat content and break apart easily, and guests take off their shoes before entering. The makguksu is plain rather than distinctive.
