One Star Bakery

One Star Bakery is a neighborhood bakery in a Jangan-dong alley in Seoul that sells salt bread, melon bread, and croissants. The pain au chocolat contains raspberry jam and dark chocolate, and a prosciutto and Parmigiano melon croissant is also available. The kitchen is visible from the front, the shop opens early in the morning, and the line moves quickly when bread comes out. The line is long during lunch hours.
