Samdaejjae Jeontong Kalguksu

Samdaejjae Jeontong Kalguksu is a traditional kalguksu restaurant near Daejeon Station. The kalguksu uses a broth mixing domestic Hanwoo beef bone and anchovy, topped with thin noodles and perilla seed powder, and suyuk is served alongside. On a Saturday lunchtime the wait was under five minutes, and calling ahead before arrival means the order is prepared in advance. The taste is similar to the neighboring Sindokalguksu.
