Bbang Han Mogeum is a pie shop in Jayang-dong, Daejeon. It sells kouign-amann, which is crisp and soft, along with egg pie and canelé. The shop has moved to a large open kitchen, and it draws crowds on weekdays as well. Waiting for a table takes a long time.
