Oncheonjib

Oncheonjip is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Daejeon, converted from an old house in Soje-dong. Diners choose meat to cook in a doenjang-based broth and eat it with various sauces and vegetables. It opens at 11:30 a.m., and meals can be eaten facing the front yard. Indoor seating and tables are narrow, making it inconvenient to place food and outerwear.
