Fujisan Conveyor Belt Sushi

Fujisan Hoijeon Sushi is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant inside the Daejeon Complex Terminal in Daejeon. Diners pick futomaki, rolls, and fish sushi from the rail, while live flounder sushi and beef sushi are made to order. During meal times, customers write their names on a handwritten waiting list and wait near the restaurant. The selection of fish sushi is small, and fusion rolls make up much of the menu.
