Byeolnan Jip is a Korean restaurant near Daejeon Station and Jungang Market serving dubu duruchigi and nokdu jijim. The dubu duruchigi comes in a spicy sauce, with noodle toppings such as dangmyeon and perilla-oil noodles, and is eaten with nokdu jijim. Opened in 1972, Byeolnan Jip is a long-running restaurant. On weekday lunch visits, expect about a 30-minute wait before entering in waiting-list order; the restaurant is small with few tables, and queues form during peak times.
