Imperia Food

Imperia Food is a grocery store and restaurant in Choryang-dong, in the Chinatown in front of Busan Station, selling Russian and Eastern European food and goods. The shop carries bread made in-house, vodka, sausage, dumplings, cheese, and tea, and the dining area in the back serves lagman and beef sasami. The lagman noodles are hand-pulled, so their thickness varies, and the bread is displayed mixed with freshly baked loaves. The food is foreign and opinions are split on it, and the seasoning tends to be strong.
