Pollack Roe Cafe

Myeongnan Brand Research Institute is a cafe in Choryang Village, Busan, selling drinks, food, and souvenirs made with myeongnan. It sits next to the monorail boarding point for the 168 Stairs and is run by the Busan Dong-gu Office. Reaching it requires climbing the 168 Stairs to the top, where the whole of Busan, Busan Station, and Choryang Village come into view at once. Food choices are limited and there is no myeongnan pasta.
