Uisagye is a cafe next to Uicheon that serves Eastern European chimney bread and coffee. The cinnamon chimney bread is made from dough prepared daily without chemical additives, crisp outside and moist inside. The cafe occupies a renovated 50-year-old red brick house, with a different atmosphere on each floor, large windows overlooking Uicheon, and a terrace. The chimney bread can sell out in the afternoon, so an early visit is needed.
