Yeoman Guksu

Yeomang Guksu Jeonmunjeom is a noodle restaurant in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju. Its janchi guksu broth and chewy somyeon are the main items, and it also serves bibim guksu. Ordering janchi guksu brings a small portion of bibim guksu and heugimja juk as service. Tables fill quickly at lunch, with one case of a 53-minute wait, so timing matters, and the bibim guksu is strongly sweet.
