Sindon Joseon Byeolgwan is a pork galbi jjim restaurant in Ua-dong, Jeonju. The pork galbi is boiled for a long time with vegetable broth, and the broth is spooned out and eaten as well. Ordering per person comes with unlimited refills of poktan gyeran jjim and dangmyeon, and the dining hall is large. The flying fish roe in the bokkeum bap is fishy and weak in flavor.
